Best bakery in Georgia
This is a local women owned business. I’ve been getting their food for years. On Friday morning they have great bread and pastries. (The chocolate croissant is delicious and their sourdough bread is the best.) Their pumpkin, blueberry and ginger bread are amazing. I love their to-go meals for days I just don’t want to cook. Their pimento cheese is a huge hit at our tailgate events. Would highly recommend you give them a try.
Went in for the first time thinking I had finally found a local bakery, but it's not quite what I think of when I hear the word "bakery". There is a very small, very cramped "retail" area when you enter, but the rest of the store is the kitchen. They only have bread on Fridays; the rest of the week their specialty seems to be prepared meals for takeout. As I was looking for baked goods, I was underwhelmed and disappointed. Went in for the first time today to pick up some bread to go with a fall soup & we were so pleased!! They had a delicious baguette & sourdough that they sliced for us. We also picked up a pumpkin whoopie pie, which was delicious!!!
