Stealership told me part I needed would take 4 business days to arrive. They had it on hand and for half the price. Plus free popcorn and hotdogs I'll definitely be back.
Ordered over $700 in parts, they forgot to include one item, and will not go good on delivering it to where the car is being worked on, 13 kilometers. I have no vehicle to go and get the missing part, they will not go good for delivery, I will need to find a way to get there for the part. Always had good service before this, even recommended them. This will be the last money I spend there. Their mistake and they won't go good for it, that is poor customer service. Manager said they are too busy to fix their mistake.
The team has incredibly helpful and kind towards me. I am on a road trip and ran into a fuel filter problem. They didn’t have stock of the part I needed but organized a pickup at the next available store in the direction I’m heading. They also spend a bunch of time explaining how to change the filter myself which I hadn’t done before. Thanks lads, I’ll source through Fat Guys whenever I can
Staff has been mostly friendly and very knowledgeable, store layout makes it easy to find what you're looking for and prices are very competitive. That being said their website is honestly terrible. If you typo a search it has zero capabilities to find similar products or try to suggest an alternative search. Something as simple as searching for "seafoam" instead of "sea foam" and the website just tells you "Sorry, we couldn't find any results for your search."
