This isn’t the first time I’ve been given incorrect parts from Fat Guys Auto Parts. The quality of service has definitely gone downhill over the years. I went in to grab ignition coils for my truck and was given the wrong ones. After calling back, they acknowledged their mistake and said the correct coils were in stock. When I returned to swap them out, I was handed a random ignition connector instead. Then I was told they misread the computer again and actually didn’t have the parts in stock at all. Great service, always have the parts I need in stock
I was in Thunder Bay to visit my son who had a burned out windshield washer fluid pump in his 2005 Matrix, which made it unsafe to drive very far. The Toyota dealership told me it would take 2 days to get the part, so they advised me to try Fat Guy’s. Sure enough, Fat Guy’s had the part and all of the necessary tools, and I was able to get it fixed the next day! If I’m ever back in Thunder Bay and need parts, I’ll definitely try them first.
