Laptop suddenly switched off while I was working on it. No blue screen of death. No warning. Just gone. And it wouldn't switch back on. On a Saturday. Panic. David fixed it in a few hours. most of which was spent grounding the computer after he determined that it had shorted (that will teach me not to use a surge protector!). Sent a laptop hard drive for data recovery in October 2016. Months later it required multiple emails and voicemails to get any update on recovery. Finally responded with excuses about problems with their phone system and email, promises to flag my email address for prompt response, and assurance that they were still working on the data recovery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL IGNORE YOU AND NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. THEY HAD MY HARD DRIVE FOR A MONTH AND KEPT LYING ABOUT WHEN AND WHY THEY DIDNT HAVE A DIAGNOSIS. THEY DIDNT COMPLETE ANY WORK AND IT TOOK ME A WEEK TO GET THEM TO SHIP BACK MY HD!!!! SOMETHING IS VERY FISHY WITH THIS COMPANY AND NOT HONEST AT ALL!!
