Love the Stupid Hot wings and the staff; I've rarely had any issues with service.
We ordered wings and literally got a full chicken leg with claws intact! Called to inform them and they acted like it wasn't a big deal gave us half our wings back!
Its so hit and miss with this place im giving them one last shot tonight. Edit: so after 1.5 hour wait time i receive what was probably the worst food ive had from there. It is now the next day and i have been sick several times.
I didn't realize hair was a pizza topping. First and last time ordering😲
Quality for speed is well worth the wait. Unless you are a little overland park sissy it appears. The entire Johnson County spoiled brat epidemic is overwhelming. Im sure mommy allows the occasional suckle and can probably deliver faster than Jimmy Johns across the street. Fat Freddy's is bomb! Worth the wait.
Y'all obviously need better customer service......
I actually really enjoyed the food until recently. I ordered a Greek salad with no croutons, caeser dressing, and mozzarella cheese. When the food arrived it had lettuce, spinach, green peppers and balsamic vinaigrette. Nothing of what I ordered. When I called to fix the problem, the person on the line basically told me to deal with it then offered to send over a side of sliced black olives. That is not even close to fixing the problem.
