Fat Dragon Eatery absolutely nails it. The chicken bowl is insanely good. crispy, juicy, and that green sauce on top ties everything together. The eggs are perfect, with yolks that are just right. The noodles have that great chewy texture and come with flavorful sauces that actually taste fresh, not heavy. Everything feels like it’s made with care, not rushed or thrown together. Wow! Pleasantly surprised by how good their egg and cheese sandwich was. The fresh bun tasted delicious with the onion jam giving it a good zippy tang along with the chili oil. The cheese was gooey and melted perfectly. An above average breakfast sandwich for sure.
Friendly neighbourhood restaurant with an original, hearty and just plain delicious selection of fusion food. We had the crispy chicken and smocked duck bao, and can’t wait to get back to discover more of the flavourful and diverse menu.
Had a bowl of wonton soup, it was great.
