Although the start of our first experience at Fat Dragon was a little rough Samantha took a negative and turned it into a positive. She is a young Manager but well on her way to doing great things in the food service industry. I know a few seasoned Managers who should take lessons from Samantha. I ordered for delivery tonight and the service was horrible. They kept extending delivery time from what was quoted when I placed order and PAID. When I called they blamed it on the delivery service THEY had contracted with, accepting NO responsibility for meeting promise made through their own website. Also, they promised hot Chinese mustard as a standard accompaniment to their spring rolls but none in the bag after the late delivery driver had left! This was my first and last time using them.
