Update: ordered dumplings here again along with 2 stir fried noodle dishes. I can say without hesitation that this is the absolute worst chinese food I’ve ever had. Bland, no flavor on both dumplings and stir fried noodles. It seems cheap; don’t be tricked! It’s not worth it. Also saw rats climbing up the wall there when we went in so would say the food is not safe either. Very disappointed.
Came for dumplings, stayed for the owner’s vibe. She was everywhere in the best way, checking in like a dumpling guardian angel. The vegan dumplings? YUM. Tons of veggie and vegan options and they’ll tweak things without making it weird. There’s a self serve tea station which honestly made me feel powerful… one cup or a full pot, no judgment. This has quickly become my family's new favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is excellent with great portions. My daughter and I usually split an order. My son is obsessed with their pork dumplings. Customer service also goes a long way with me and the woman up front (unsure if she is the owner or not) is the nicest person. They have made forever repeat customers out of us. Thank you!
Sat down looked at the menu and left to go to Asia Cafe. Why eat here when you can walk 30 seconds to Asia Cafe 😭
Best in Asutin. I try to order something new every time because it is ALL delicious. Husband orders the soup dumplings which are a must try, Sichuan chicken is addictive (you've been warned), mala spicy fish, Singaporean rice noodles, Chinese fried rice, hot n sour soup, fried wontons.... A year + later I came to update my review, and add a couple more must trys! Sechuan shredded beef is my new favorite along with the CHOCOLATE SOUP DUMPLINGS.
