Recommendedburnt ends are perfection, the brisket tender, the ribs fall off the bone amazingly delish. there were 4 of us, hungry after hiking the Pipiwai trail, ordered a pound of ends, pound of brisket, half pound of pulled pork and half rack of ribs, very satisfied. cornbread was a favorite of mine others like the mac n cheese.
