I didn't expect to find my favorite backyard style BBQ & sides here in Redding, California, but I did. The meats were slow cooked till they were tender and juicy and fall-off-the-bone. The Cole slaw was light, the potato salad perfectly cooked and blended, the macaroni salad creamy, and the beans tangy. Everything was flavorful and delicious.
