My husband and I ate her last evening. The food was way better than what we had at Captain Georges by far. It was all cooked when ordered and fresh!! I would highly recommend!! Everyone was very friendly!! It was nice talking to someone that had went to school at JMU near our home!!
Seafood was good. Sauces were homemade (tarter and cocktail) and not very good.
Yum! Our hostess (who was also our server) was extremely friendly! They were relatively fast to get our party of 5 seated, but the food coming out was a bit slow. However, they did warn us ahead of time it would be slow, so we were prepared for the wait. Good prices, we had bbq and the Captains platter which was delicious. The scallops were SO fresh and the crab and lobster were delicious. Kids liked the hush puppies, bbq and sweet potato fries. We would go back!
Very mixed experience mostly bad. Host was rude to start and they were obviously understaffed for a Friday night. 2 hosts, but it looked like only one waitresses taking care of the entire restaurant. All drinks are self serve. Eh but fine, except that all the drinks were running out. Sweet and I sweet tea, Pepsi, and drpepper at 7:00 on a Friday night.
