Food is good, but the business is not open during advertised hours. I was there this morning 15 minutes after it was supposed to have opened. Door was locked, sign was off, no one was visible inside through the window. Went somewhere else instead.

i orded big pull beef,staff were great also the food.I tip them 4 dollars in the machine,i also asked them about the tip share they told me that we don't get the machine tip they only get the cash tips,I wish i gave them cash tip becuase they deserves it. amazing people.

Edit to the below: The owner reached and offered to make it right. The next two burritos were a great size and super tasty (the small ones were good too). The below was a bad day I suppose. They are the tastiest burritos in Ottawa forsure. Incredibly small portions ordered two small 10” burrito and waffle fries combo. How does a 10” tortilla become less than 4” long burrito. This is nowhere near $27 worth of food. Why don’t these businesses understand that saving $1 worth of food cost to chinch people means no repeat busines... read more

Incredibly small portions ordered two small 10” burrito and waffle fries combo. How does a 10” tortilla become less than 4” long burrito. This is nowhere near $27 worth of food. Why don’t these businesses understand that saving $1 worth of food cost to chinch people means no repeat business. I’ve ordered a small burrito from here before and it was much bigger.
