I had really long time wait for my pickup order more than 30 minutes. I went to pickup the order from store on 2nd September Monday evening . And I asked one of the team member for my order and he was like other girl is making. But other girl was busy in taking and preparing order for the customers who waiting in line. And that person was totally ignoring me that I am waiting for my order. Then some other customer came in which were his friends he start talking with them and making food for them. Food service is a tough slough, however, I like to tip (well) when I'm met with a simple smile and appreciation for my business. This needs work at this location.
