The quality of food has definitely gone down. They took the pulled pork of if the menu which was my go to order. The service was ok but when the worked removed some of the meat she had put on my burrito it didn't go over well. They have one table and two chairs not much of atmosphere going on.
Everytime we come into this establishment the woman that works there is so rude and pushy. She has poor customer service. Does not prepare the food as requested. Each time we are looking at the menu she is looking at us as if we are an inconvenience. Sept 4 @ 845 we were there. Whoever that woman that was scheduled tonight has the Worst service ever!
NOTE: This is the second time posting this review. The first time I posted, management replied and told me to email them, (which I did) and they ignored my email for two weeks and never even responded. No refund, no customer service whatsoever. When I picked up my food (mixed chicken and beef empanadas), the lady said "I marked the beef empanadas with a red marker". I said okay thanks and left. I thought she meant that she marked the two separate bags. To my surprise, all the empanadas were in the same bag, and she literally marked the food itself with a red marker. The beef empanadas had a big red dot on them and she marked the bag indicating the ones with the red dots are the beef ones. I am not joking.
