I had a very disappointing experience at the Wonderland location on Saturday afternoon. I ordered the Protein Punch and politely asked if I could have less rice while it was being prepared. The employee immediately responded with an attitude, saying it was "pre-assembled." I was simply asking for less rice, not more food, so I don't understand why that couldn't be accommodated. Refused to give me my sales tax exemption with a valid status card. Other locations have done it for me before. Manager argued trying to say that sales tax exemption wasn’t a thing, he looked more into it and then tried to say it was an on reserve thing only…You can’t just make up your own laws. Even though I was calm and let them know it’s OK just give me a receipt after I pay and I’ll claim it by myself they still did not serve me because they felt the need to look further into it, like as if I was lying.
