I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. From the start, the staff did not greet us or acknowledge us — there was absolutely no sense of welcome or professionalism. While making the burrito, the employee accidentally tore the tortilla. Mistakes happen, and that's understandable. However, instead of starting over or making up for it, he simply wrapped it in a new tortilla without replacing any of the fillings or sauce that had already been added to the first one and thrown away.
