There was girl taking my order, If there’s a zero star option i would give that to customer service, they were charging 36 dollars for 2 huge burritos, but not giving enough quantity even after asking again and again. I took my refund because food quality was also not good, lettuce was soggy and dripping, come on guys is that the quality of food fat bastard carries, I would never go to this store again, Chipotle is better and will go there from now on.
Service so painfully slow at lunch time. Ingredients not fresh and few items on the list weren't even available. Sub par. Thought new ownership may improve the situation. Looks like it's still poor.
