Just got an order from Guelph location. Queso smells and tastes fishy. My daughter ate some before I realized. Called the store and was told there had been a recent shift change so they knew nothing about the order and the manager would be told. Besides my daughter concerned someone else will eat this.. clearly something off As a follow up. Was told to email to provide feedback and 'make this right'. Did so and crickets...so much for taking responsibility

Fat Bastard Burrito seems to have changed for the worse. They’re now loading up burritos with rice after adding noticeably fewer toppings, which makes it look full but leaves you feeling short-changed. The toppings themselves looked old, and the overall quality just isn’t what it used to be. It’s really disappointing and no longer feels worth the money. They also have signage claiming there’s no extra charge for guacamole, yet the portion provided is tiny and they’ll charge you if you ask for more.

Beyond disappointed with this location. I used to frequently come in and get lunch and dinner, won’t be the case anymore. Ordered a small burrito last night after waiting 10 mins to have my order taken. Ordered a crispy chicken burrito and was given 3 mini nuggets of crispy chicken. Also ordered Chips and Queso and to my surprise the queso was brown and clumpy. man i had there food just a few days ago and it was not cook fulling and i use to work here 4 years ago and yes its gone downhill and the new owners cut down on there food and sizes and bit the grill is not clean like i use to do it. when i was done with the grill it was so clean it was new and if i had to i would have not left because i would have made sure the food was fulling cook and not rip off people

Summary: Ownership at this Fat Bastard Burrito (55 Macdonell St, Guelph) is instructing employees to short customers on portions while still advertising full sizes. This is misleading and should be reported. I used to come to this location often, but the quality and honesty have gone downhill so badly that I finally had to speak up.
