Had the opportunity to take a tour of the manufacturing process of the equalizer hitch. All I can say is wow. The attention to detail is amazing. This is a good company with great people and the education I received. I know I can safely say throw away your copycat hitches and get the original equalizer brand 4 point weight distribution/ sway control hitch.

Just tried to drop my hitch off to have faulty lock repaired. The receptionist relayed the info from in back that I could repair it myself. I asked to pay for a rebuild like I have done in the past. Again the receptionist relayed the info that the back told her the rebuild option is no longer available. This option is the main reason the high cost is justifiable. i bought the flip jack, the coiled emergency brake cord and the chain keeper. all product are prefect, well made and exactly what they should be. great company and i will be spreading the word.
