I was seen at the Albany location in 2018. In March of 2020 I received a bill. When I called they admitted they incorrectly filed my military insurance. I have since been receiving calls to pay even though they have told me many times they were taking care of it. Kingston and Dominic in the billing office never call me back even though they say they will take of this. I am extremely frustrated. The few times I went here for treatment were horrible. Fasttrack has the worst billing you'll ever imagine. Please dont go here unless absolutely necessary! We have received Bill's early this year from years back and actually paid after extensive conversations with their joke of a billing company. Needless to say I was charged twice today $250 each for a bill I paid back in march. We have suffered for years from their lack of a decent billing department and continue to. Please beware if you decide to use this place!!

I was called back within 30 minutes to a room and then waited about another hour to actually see the doctor. The nurse was very nice. The doctor was in and out quick. Went to my pharmacy an hour later, and they said no prescription had been sent. I waited another 2.5 hours later, and called my pharmacy, but no prescription had been sent. I called Fast Track, and they told me that they sent it to the wrong pharmacy, even though I wrote it down on my paperwork and told the nurse.

I'm not impressed my husband was treated at the Milledgeville location. He was diagnosed with a bad case of flu. The attending physician said they would send a prescription to CVS, but never did..My husband with the serious flu symptoms has traveled back and forth to the CVS twice and no prescription has ever been sent and medication in the last 24 hours..Tamaflu only works when you catch it early. Not good service.. very disappointed won't go there again.😡

THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE TIME FRAME ON POINT... 1HR AND 30 MINUTES WAS THE LONGEST... MY HUBBY.. MY DAUGHTER..AND I HAVE ALL BEEN THERE... DR'S ARE AWESOME...AND STAFF VERY NICE...WE WILL RETURN IF NEEDED... 51&FABULOUS

Everyone there was very nice! We even left to go get something for lunch and came back but didn't wait long at all! We were there maybe an hour total both times! We were very pleased! Thank you all!
