Very disappointing experience. The employee was rude and passive-aggressive from the start. When I called, I was quoted around $240 for the decals. When I arrived, the price suddenly became $320. When I questioned the difference, instead of honoring the quote or trying to find a solution, she became argumentative and defensive. I had a 40"x60" poster printed for a family reunion. They replied to my inquiry on Wednesday morning, confirmed they could have it ready by Friday, and sent me a proof later that afternoon. I approved the proof because the artwork and layout were correct. On Thursday morning I realized that my image had lost vector quality during my export process, and the resulting pixelation made the smallest text hard to read.
