My experience at Fastsigns was extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. I ordered a magnetic sign for my car with precise color specifications—gold and blue. Instead, I received a sign in purple and blue. When I brought the mistake to the attention of the store owner, she responded with loud, rude, and unprofessional behavior. Her aggressive attitude and refusal to resolve the issue were completely unacceptable.
