I worked with Miriam and she put the “Fast” in FastSigns! We had some complications with an ongoing order, but Miriam took charge and fixed everything. She has great customer service, was so pleasant and easy to work with, not to mention, quick. Will use FastSigns work with Miriam again.

I had an incredible experience working with Victoria Kraft at FASTSIGNS. I placed a last-minute rush order for 12 signs for an open house event, and Victoria provided absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed on time, and the signs turned out perfect. If you’re visiting this location, I highly encourage you to ask for Victoria — you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!

I experienced the worst customer service from sales consultant Sebastian Arciga. I paid 186 dollars for signs I could have bought on Amazon. My mangers couldn’t even believe the signage was considered custom. I have reached out to the owner via email he has not responded. 186 dollars is completely lost and I was embarrassed in-front of my coworkers because I pitched that this company would provide and they absolutely did not. This shop was very helpful in selecting material for my signs. The proof was provided in a short time frame and once approved, the signs were produced quickly. The final product was outstanding. Highly recommend for your signs/posters.
