Absolutely using this business going forward. Submitted my request on a Saturday, received an estimate and a preview Sunday, approved it AND THEN made changes to the already approved the sample and still had my order ready with no extra fees on Monday. Great communication and service.
FASTSIGNS provided great, friendly and fast service to install window film with a short timeframe came out fantastic I highly recommend
Submitted graphic for rush order. Immediately paid and approved image. Called the next day only to find they didn’t send it to production. The rep said he would “rush” it again and call me when it was ready. Never got a call. Called them on Monday. First rep disconnected call. Second rep is telling me that they called. Thankfully there are multiple options for signs. Never again.
I called them out of the blue, needing a Huge favor, and they came through Quickly and Professional professionally. Would recommend them to anyone!
So fast!
