I had the pleasure of working with Eric at FastSigns Tacoma on a project that required redesigning, actually recreating a diagram for a book. The results were definitely not AI resuls. Sometimes you need a real human being. Eric's expertise and generosity were a true reflection of what exceptional customer service looks like. Highly recommend this location and this team.
The mural is nice the material that it was made from is very good it holds up against The four seasons and and it doesn't fade. I would recommend anyone looking to get a sign made or a mural made from fastsigns you will be very satisfied with their work they do very good work when it comes to making up signs and murals
Matt and his team always do a great job, not only with the finished product but also in helping with the design if needed, and recommendations on best materials to use. I originally asked for this watercolor rendition to be on foam core and they suggested another material that would hold up better. Wouldn't you know I dropped the sign as I was placing it in the home and it would have had a HUGE dent if foam core had been used. Thank you as well for your great customer service!
Turn around was great. Price was reasonable. Communication was great. Salesperson even came to the site to verify best material and colors that would allow the sign to last and weather well. Would recommend this company for your sign needs.
Amazing service and quality! Everyone I interacted with was so kind and professional! Highly recommend
