Staci was excellent at her job. No matter how many phone calls I made about my order she never got frustrated with me. If she did she never showed it. Thank you Staci!
It was a smooth process, from obtaining a quote, to customizing, edits, proof and installation. We worked with Staci on the sales side and she was thorough, responsive and helped us avoid change fees by communicating the maximum edit allowance. The installers were friendly and also accommodating and patient, but speedy. 👍👍
We worked with Olga. She’s amazing. We gave her our ideas for a 4x8 birthday banner and she sent us a great mockup. Order was completed quickly and the recipient loved it.
We had a large wall graphic project on a tight deadline and Olga made sure it was printed and installed EARLIER than expected. Communication was outstanding and the prioritization of our project was evident. The whole team worked very quickly to produce a sample to verify image clarity. Installers did the whole job within hours. I’m always impressed with the Chattanooga fast signs experience. Can’t thank the whole team enough.
