Had a relatively small order, with very few bells and whistles. The entire experience was likewise: Short and Sweet. Very smooth, timely turnaround. Clear, prompt communication throughout. No issues whatsoever - -and that says alot considering we ordered signs via email correspondence with only a verbal description of what we needed. Cheers
This is the third time I have used FastSigns of Chattanooga, and I will continue to use them for my future needs. Staci has always been extremely helpful and great at communicating.
I called on a Friday needing a last minute banner and and Patrick got it done at 12pm Tuesday! Not only that but this is the only sign company who answered the phone and email asap. 10/10 recommendations Ask for Patrick!

It was a smooth process, from obtaining a quote, to customizing, edits, proof and installation. We worked with Staci on the sales side and she was thorough, responsive and helped us avoid change fees by communicating the maximum edit allowance. The installers were friendly and also accommodating and patient, but speedy. 👍👍
