Requested plans printed in b/w. Spent 6 hours waiting for them to finsih them only to have them printed on a cardstock glossy material that was unreadable. Charged over $250. Called a competitor and the plans were ready in less than 15 minutes for only $25.30. This place is a complete fraud. I asked for a refund and they refused. They never had an approved quote or gave me an estimate that was approved.
