Super customer service for my sign made at the Osseo/Maple Grove office. Emmelia at the front desk was super helpful with my sign design & keeping it in my budget.
Ben Morales at FASTSIGNS did a spectacular job for us. He was professional, responsive, and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. When a small issue arose, Ben didn’t hesitate to take a couple of signs back to make corrections, and he had them redelivered incredibly quickly. That kind of follow-through and customer care is rare. I would highly recommend Ben and the FASTSIGNS team for any signage needs. Excellent work and outstanding service.
I would leave 6 stars if I could. Autumn and team were incredible to work with when it came to our trade show booth needs. Communication was clear, concise and thorough. They even went above and beyond when it came to satisfying our request to individually label all of our pieces for easy of use and organization. Can't recommend the FASTSIGNS of Downtown Minneapolis team enough!
We just submitted an order for a 2 ft x 3ft poster to Fast Signs and were really impressed by the quality of the work and just how incredibly fast the turnaround was. The color was spot-on, especially compared to another company we had used previously. They also worked with us to suggest a material that would be more durable and less likely to get damaged. Very happy with their work. Our banner looked great and it was done really quickly!
Autumn is absolutely wonderful to work with. She has been so supportive of a multitude of projects that I have sent over. The quality is outstanding, she has a fantastic demeanor and is incredibly diligent. She has always been prompt in her response, helpful, and easy to work with. When we received the stencils and decals for a large order, they were beyond our expectations. We are grateful to work with FastSigns Minneapolis, and Autumn!
