Tried pulling in when they were closed for an event next door. A very rude KAREN type ran out to harshly tell us no parking because 'they get too rowdy over there." Seemed very anti-LGBTQ in the tone/vibe. A simple, "I'm sorry, but even though we are closed, we don't allow parking for any reason" would have sufficed. Or even signage stating as such - instead we were met with what seemed to me like something more than parking frustration from a rude individual. I deal with Fast signs all over the country, Just called fast signs in South Bend for a new architectural sign on our Bldg. A guy named Chris answered the phone and was hands down the rudest person I ever spoke to and hung up on me as I began to tell him what our requirements were.... Totally caught off guard.
