We switched to using this company for our rental because we had nothing but troubles with the last company. We spoke with the owner before we signed up and she made it sound like they were very thorough and speedy with applications. So far we have only turned in one application to them and it has been a week and the app is still unfinished. There are still multiple sections that haven't been completed that should have been able to be verified in a day. Needless to say, we will be looking for a new company.
