Without being perfect, best car wash in town.
I don't recommend this place at all. I paid 12.99 for a wash, if you can even call it that, and it didn't even last two minutes, I have never seen foam. The machines are old and dirty. I left with a dirty car. When I left to finish cleaning, I parked in the same complex. After a while, a man from the market came out and told me I was leaving.
