Ordered a roof rack and after a month of no communication, reached out for an order update. For the next 5 weeks I would email them, trying to sort out the order status (which they always replied “they were working on it”). After 8 weeks I requested they canceled the order and refund my money… after requesting that 3 times i was forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Very disappointing experience.
Terrible service, I ordered an O2 sensor extender, and after almost a month later, I got the order incomplete. I thought it was a mistake and ordered a second order and has been more than a week, and they have not sent it yet.
Had a very good experience with their customer service. Got a response within a couple of hours and they went out of their way to help me resolve an issue. Price on the specific part was also considerably cheaper than elsewhere. Will do business with them again.
