Front desk lady rude and slow
I am very upset right now. I checked in online to avoid having to wait in the lobby and I arrived promptly ten minutes before my 12:55 appointment as instructed. It is now 1:43 and I have still not seen anyone. I was told that a family of 8 checked in ahead of me, but I am failing to see how this is applicable if I made an appointment for a specific time online. I am being seen for a UTI and would much rather have done my waiting at home, near my own bathroom. You know, the whole point of checking in online prior to arriving... read more
FastMed Urgent Care is the most efficient and professional. Not only are the people at the front desk friendly, they are on the ball. The medical team truly cares about you. And do not just rush you through. You don't have to wait a ridiculously long time to receive care unlike the rude, crowded Urgent Care centers. FASTMED is the only Urgent Care.
