Bought a car from these guys on March 13, 2024 and I’m still waiting for the title on it. Just got a phone call from their lender telling me they haven’t paid him back the money they borrowed from him to buy the car. He is currently holding the title now until they pay him. Don’t trust these guys. Now I have a car I can’t get title on or license until he pays them $1500. Bad business practice
Honestly, they deserve 5/5 stars. They were very respectful and were very willing to make things work around my schedule. It really did feel like they cared, if you ever need a car, check them out!
Don’t do any business with them. I scheduled a time to meetup to look at a car they are selling, they agreed with the time. I arrive at the scheduled time and knock on the door, no answer. About 10 minutes later I text them that we’re there, no response. About another 10 minutes later I call them several times, no answer. Still no response as of this moment. A huge waste of my time, very unprofessional.
Everyone there is very nice and easy to work with, and they cut me what I thought was a decent deal on a 2010 civic. Unfortunately I have to give a low rating for how the car has turned out. 2 oil leaks that needed fixing. The car seemed put together well enough, and wasn’t a salvaged title, but I’m realizing that it was probably pretty close.
