Technician failed to tighten the drain plug bolt! I recently purchased this year a brand new 2009 SUV valued over $35K. The vehicle was serviced for an oil change. I noticed oil under my vehicle after they completed the job. They dismissed it as excess oil drippings. Later that day, I noticed a lot of oil collecting on my driveway under the SUV.
