I have been dealing with this company for abut 3 years now. Originally setting up my account with the owner of both Fastkit and Fastpack, discussing my needs was great. But when I was turned over to the manager of over the Fastkit side, things started to go downhill. 1- He doesn't know how to set up the corporate discount on the website, so my invoices look incomplete. To be honest I was surprised to read some of these reviews... I've exclusively purchased all of my corporate books from Fastkit over the past maybe 4-5 years, and every single time I've had an issue customer service has been top notch. Their book quality is fantastic, albeit you'll occasionally get something that's a little off due to shipping and the boxes getting thrown around until it gets to you.
