I experienced a blue screen problem with my lap top and, after trying a number of restoration attempts myself, sought the assistance of Fasthuma. Although his first attempt at a resolve was unsuccessful, he was persistent in pursuing a fix. During the process he kept me informed of how he was proceeding and was more than fair in assuring me that he would keep the cost of the repair at a reasonable fee. I found Fasthuma fair and competent and would recommend him to anyone seeking assistance with computer problems.
