Very rude costumer service. I would never recommend One agent confirmed the delivery over the phone for next day, but did not get the delivery. When I called again, the other agent did not even know who did I speak to and was told that it can not be delivered today. The accent of the agent was very rude and disrespected.

Worst experience. Drivers do not respond, tracking link shows incorrect data. When you call customer support on this location, support people are very rude and have no respect for customers. They tried to blame me for not delivering the shipment on time. I would advice not using this service at all.
