I paid for 4 day shipping, and the pallet showed up 12 days later. Absolute garbage service! Along with the worst tracking info. How does a company fail so miserably?!
This is the worst company to do delivery with.. They do not answer phone calls and do not deliver on the promised date. not recommending at all..
Very rude costumer service. I would never recommend One agent confirmed the delivery over the phone for next day, but did not get the delivery. When I called again, the other agent did not even know who did I speak to and was told that it can not be delivered today. The accent of the agent was very rude and disrespected.
