Called up to enquire about fitting a Hamer bar I had purchased for my Ford Everest. Didn’t manage to get the lovely lady’s name over the phone as she didn’t bother introducing herself, but proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes listening to a monologue on how crap Hamer bars are and was made to feel like an absolute moron for buying one. I had a great experience with Fastfit, despite a very frustrating delay that was not their fault. After hitting a kangaroo in September last year, I ordered a bullbar for my Subaru Outback. The original ETA was mid-November, but when I checked in November, it turned out that ECB had not even started production and had not received the order from their side, which was a serious mistake by ECB.
