The phone was answered after only 1 ring, and the lady was polite and informative. I arrived at 4:25 (just before the 4:30 cutoff for walk-ins) & they were so proficient that I left at 4:40. Everyone was kind & the facility was very clean/tidy.

These ladies were great! I was able to take two test, one of which was at an office 45 mins away and they were able to push some buttons and get me in here!
This office is awesome! I had a bit of a weird situation- my scheduled testing facility for my pre-employment screening randomly canceled me and I was stressed to the MAX. Not only did this lab get me in and out fast, they were friendly, kind and made me laugh which I REALLY needed! 10/10!
