They don’t offer any confidentiality. They ask sensitive questions out loud in front of everyone, even though they could easily look up that information. It’s really not everyone’s business why someone is there. They could at least get up and ask you to come to the side if they need to ask something personal. I can only imagine how uncomfortable that must be for people who are mandated to take the test.
