In my experience, small ERs are quick but not very personable. This one was the exact opposite. Everyone seemed to care, took their time, and had great energy. I’d definitely recommend and would come back.
Stay away from Dr. Lovengood, she has no knowledge of her profession. Could not diagnose my sickness and was very clueless to what she was doing. My advice stay away from her.
The nurse practitioner, Carolyn Anderson, had very poor beside manner. She would not listen to the symptons and would talk over me. She jumped to conclusions that would scare someone and recommended unnecessary procedures to be done at another ER. The nurse who assisted was very cordial and did a great job.
