Trucking companies do not work with them and will not pay you, even if they offer quick payment. Do not haul loads for them. Jag from Faster Moving Logistics will not answer calls after you deliver a load. If you are hauling for them, do not deliver until you are paid. 花钱找罪受！服务态度差且不专业.付150刀门到门搬家费，而且很近 10分钟的车程 提前沟通好的事临了变卦，客服给了我一句那么他们整板货放楼下让我自己一个人搬上去😤之前跟客服交流也一会说有一会儿说没有，就很明显的不专业。 出了问题拿他们的规则来躲避责任，合着规则就是让你们膈应顾客的是么，周六周日明明能送货，也就是说是有人可以在货仓开门的，因为你们的失误导致的，耽误了顾客的时间，啥都不管就只会搬规则，我说你之前为什么没有在我在咨询的时候提前告诉我呢，那边客服就跟我说我现在就跟你说啊。看到客服只会踢皮球的态度 我要求跟老板联系，拒绝我找老板沟通，所以是你们解决不了的事情，老板也不管？最后还是我自己联系上另一边的老板才处理好的，那边是真的解决问题，这边是摆明了能解决却懒得管。 要求客服团队培训、这边老板要给我一个说法，因为这是你们的失误导致的，给顾客添加了不少麻烦，你们就这样不了了之，那这个公司就没担当，那么这种服务态度，给顾客制造麻烦不解决问题的的搬家公司，大家一定要避雷！ 有具体事实不可能是为了黑而黑，是作为顾客感受真的不好特此来反馈给大家参考
