Very experience and professionalism. They cover up all the path to the basement. Carefully move around without scraping the wall. Gave good advice where to install the tankless water heater. Explain the use and maintenance of the unit after installation. Good job. Very much appreciated.
Benzon's team, arrived so fast as soon as I told him, it is an emergency. Was able to fix the issue. Enbridge was fixing the outside gage riser and when they came in to inspect the inside, found out that i have a gas pipe leak. Called FM, and Benzon sent his team within the hour. His team even fixed something that could have been catastrophic if not fixed. My dryer hose was collecting water and was close to my circuit breaker, if that had burst, it would have been a bigger problem. Thank you for Benzon's team for finding it ... read more
