Working with the Faster Mechanical team has been one of the most cooperating experience of my life. The world of HVAC is very scary a lot of scams and a lot of poor work. Teaming up with faster mechanical has been one of the easiest and most well done job Ive experienced personally working with Eric Wu a young gentleman with so much charisma has made me feel my youth again. ****** Not Recommended ****** Not correct diagnosis. Excessive billing. Poor Customer Service. . We used these people for years we trust this business but I feel we did wrong. We had one late payment because we were out of country. Our roof Top unit were not working ask them to diagnost. They said our rooftop unit are broken. (FALSE ). At winter these people left us in dark. And in didn't maintain and fix our roof top units. We even ask them to come fix the unit and pickup the cheq but they played around. . Benson has excellent team. All the technicians did very good job in my furnace. They provided me amazing service and gave me valuable advice about the heating and cooling systems. I strongly recommend you to contact Benson if you need any assistance with your furnace repair, maintenance or change new furnace.
Very experience and professionalism. They cover up all the path to the basement. Carefully move around without scraping the wall. Gave good advice where to install the tankless water heater. Explain the use and maintenance of the unit after installation. Good job. Very much appreciated.
