Highly recommended for hard/er to find hardware items. Local Go To hardware store for hardware not found at big home improvement box stores. This location on International has “Saved Me” on more than one occasion completing projects with hardware not found elsewhere in Anchorage. This was my first time visiting Fasteners and Fire Equipment, and I had such a great experience! A young lady helped me find the exact bolt I was looking for. She was very sweet, patient, and made the process quick and easy. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back!
I have only gone twice to them but both times they were helpful and had what I needed. The trip today was the best yet. I have a motorcycle that I am learning how to do my own repairs and upgrades on. Sheared off the bolt that holds on the front sprocket. The dealership said a week to get the bolt. I went here and not only did they have the right bolt he explained the difference between grade 5 and 10 bolts to help me figure out which one would work for my needs.
