Coming soon….what a disappointment! I know I saw their sign in the window. I’d been waiting for weeks for the store to open, but soon discovered the age-old switch and bait had taken place. With Staples leaving Portage, the small shopping center seemed to have lost it’s anchor, although the Dollar Tree still held down it’s end of the block. I was elated to the sign in the window, “Harbor Freight”, one of my favorite stores, was coming to Portage. How great was that?
