I went into Fastenal for nuts for my new 5th wheel hitch. I backed up near the front door to make it easier. I had no idea what size nuts I needed. I walked in and asked an employee to look at the bolts and let me know what with and thread I needed. I rudely said they don't go outside. I was shocked. The only other customer there gave me a measuring tool. I went out and measured the bolt and I came back in and asked if they had the nuts I needed.
