They didn't have what we needed
I was just blown away by the terrible customer service the older lady with red hair and glasses provided me. Came in to ask about a couple of bolts I had already seen on the fastenal website. Without measuring, analyzing, or asking about the bolts she told me there was "not a chance" that they had those bolts. When I asked about ordering the ones off the website you could tell that was really inconvenient for her. I left stunned and ordered direct from the website. Terrible place the old guy in the office was extremely rude and I would never recommend anyone to go there it’s the same terrible experience everytime I go in there
