Terrible place the old guy in the office was extremely rude and I would never recommend anyone to go there it’s the same terrible experience everytime I go in there

Who would have thought that a fastener supply store wouldn’t carry a 3/8-16 X 2 1/4 hex flange bolt. The guy behind the counter didnt offer to order it for me either. His words….”I could probably bring it in”. Probably? If I can order it online I know for a fact he could bring it in. Stores and customer service like this is why I eventually end up ordering online. Would sure love to spend my money local but some people just make it tough.
