Quick service, one of the better Fastenal's I have worked with. Ordered 5000+ dollars worth of hardware and steel and it's here the next day. Excellent service.
This fastenal is a joke. I went in for some common fasteners and they didn't have any of them in stock. I could easily go to a basic hardware store and get these items. The guy working here wouldn't even go to the computer and order the items on my list. He wanted me to leave a copy of the list and they would call when everything came in. Also, he said they couldn't order the quantities i needed, so i would have to buy full bags of each item. I waited three or four days before realizing i was wasting my time.
