This location's willingness to respond to RFQs and then subsequently execute on orders is a joke. Multiple issues waiting on responses to RFQs or POs. They came for an in-person visit a year or two ago to make promises but their service levels continued to be garbage. 0/5 do not recommend.
The absolute worst customer service. Customers are treated like an inconvenience and an afterthought. They may have the part you need, but guess what other places do too. Do not waste your time there.
The young man Jeremey is always phenomenal with helping me with my problems. Very professional and I love the atmosphere
Best place in Topeka for large hardware material orders! ...and they keep you stocked up without having to call all the time. Excellent business!
