It's normally pretty good but their hours have changed and does not work with my schedule.
Once again Sueann "Sam" Rice helped me find exactly what I needed for my project. She saved the day. Fantastic staff at the store.
I had messed up an order completely. Instead of ordering five of something I ordered $500. There was no way to cancel the order online and Ross in the Lincoln nebraska office was able to jump in, make it happen and place the order for the five pieces I actually needed.
