I give them one star because I can't give them a 0. They no longer accept walk in so if you're not a business who's got an account with them don't even bother going to them and wasting your time. I used to shop there at least twice a month or more. Obviously Fastenal as a company no longer wants The small man's business. I guess our money is not as good as The big business. I will gladly take my business to Tacoma screw far better company with far better prices. I just have to drive a little bit Farther but it'll be well wor... read more

This store has employees who seem to act bothered if you ask for assistance and although they have some items in stock, you usually have to wait for many items to be ordered (if I'm going to wait 2 days, I'm buying it on Amazon for less than half the price). Also, I fought my way through traffic to make it there by 5 o'clock, only to find their door locked at 4:54 (10-09-2019), and they wouldn't come to the door. Very disappointed and will never be back!

Waited for over 10 minutes for the desk attendeant to look away from her computer put down her phone to acknowledge I was alive. Time for some Custer service training Fastenal.
